The Senior Researcher Promotions (SRP) Guidance outlines the procedure for promotion to Principal Research Associate (PRA) and Director of Researcher (DoR). Promotion to PRA and DoR should be regarded as exceptional and will be assessed against the criteria set out in the SRP Guidance document.
