Mental Health First Aiders are available to provide guidance and support. All Mental Health First Aiders have undertaken training and can provide the following:
- Signposting regarding internal and external support services
- A confidential listening service
- Mental health support on a first aid basis
- Help and advice in times of need
Please note that our Mental Health First Aiders are volunteers and undertake the role in addition to their day job. If you attempt to email and don’t get a response within 48 hours please choose somebody else from our directory.
