Conference Logistics in person
The conference is scheduled to take place in a hybrid format with the talks also being recorded, which will be made available post-conference for further access and review.
For those attending in person, there will be an opportunity to collaborate, interact and network face-to-face which will also allow for spontaneous encounters and conversations, which often foster innovative ideas and partnerships..
Furthermore, we are striving to promote a sense of community and shared purpose among our attendees, which we believe is best achieved in a shared physical space.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
We are committed to ensuring that our conference is as inclusive and accessible as possible. The auditorium is equipped with accessibility ramps and other necessary accommodations to assist those who might experience difficulties with stairs or mobility. If you have specific accessibility needs or requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us beforehand so we can best accommodate you.
Sign Language and Hearing Assistance
If you, or someone you are registering on behalf of, would benefit from hearing assistance, please indicate this at the time of registration. We will strive to provide these services if there is expressed interest or need.
The conference logistics have been planned to provide an engaging and inclusive environment.
