Conference Logistics in person

The conference is scheduled to take place in a hybrid format with the talks also being recorded, which will be made available post-conference for further access and review.

For those attending in person, there will be an opportunity to collaborate, interact and network face-to-face which will also allow for spontaneous encounters and conversations, which often foster innovative ideas and partnerships..

Furthermore, we are striving to promote a sense of community and shared purpose among our attendees, which we believe is best achieved in a shared physical space.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

The auditorium is equipped with accessibility ramps and other necessary accommodations to assist those who might experience difficulties with stairs or mobility.
