Where is the CRUK Cambridge Institute?
The CRUK Cambridge Institute is located on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus at Li Ka Shing Centre, Robinson Way, Cambridge CB2 0RE. It is near the Jeffrey Cheah Building and opposite car park 5. Please check the location here:
Is there parking?
Free or reserved parking will not be provided. You can park as per the usual rules at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
Do I need to pay for a ticket to attend the EDI and Culture conference?
No, the tickets (through Eventbrite) are free.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes. If you could not get a ticket, please still apply via email CSEDI@admin.cam.ac.uk and you will be placed on a waiting list. If a place becomes available, you will be contacted with the offer of a place to attend.
Do I need to stay for the whole conference?
There is limited seating capacity and a waiting list of people who would like to attend so it would be ideal if you could plan to attend the whole conference. If you cannot do so, then please do get in touch with us via email CSEDI@admin.cam.ac.uk.
I can’t make the event any more, how do I cancel?
You can cancel your ticket yourself through Eventbrite or email CSEDI@admin.cam.ac.uk and we will do it for you. Ideally please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your place to someone else who may be on a waiting list to attend.

Where do I go to register on the day of the conference?
You can register just outside the lecture theatre which is to the right after you enter through the main door.
Is there a dress code for the event?
There is no dress code for this event. What you usually wear to work or business-smart wear are fine.
