Abstracts must be submitted on or before the closing date; late submissions will not be considered.
Presenting author / contributor must have participated in the writing of the abstract.
An individual cannot present more than two abstracts.
A group name can accepted as the last author.
Abstract selection
All abstracts will be reviewed by an abstract review committee. We will take into consideration your indicated preference for presentation format but cannot guarantee assignment to that format and request your flexibility with the selected format within an oral or poster presentation.
Abstract presentation
Abstract presentation type (oral and/or poster), times of presentation in the conference timetable and presentation guidelines will be made available along with your submission outcome notice. A group name given as the submitting or presenting author will not be accepted. If the presenting author is unable to present an accepted abstract at the conference, please notify us as soon as possible, and if possible nominate an alternative presenter.
