This Active Bystander training session aims to empower staff across the School of Clinical Medicine to challenge poor behaviours which have become normalised and bring about change through the reinforcement of messages defining the boundaries of unacceptable behaviour. We hope that by working together we can create a safe and supportive working environment within our community and encourage you to attend.
