The Clinical School HR Team arrange a number of different events and training sessions throughout the year. These may be focussed on various topics including Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Respect at Work as well as training events such as Management Essentials and Recruitment Essentials. Management Essentials – Handling Challenging Conversations
October 11 @ 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
This session will provide guidance on how you can prepare and approach a challenging conversation that you may need to hold with a member of your Group or Team. We will use role play scenarios to enable you to practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Sue Duraikan is a freelance training consultant who has worked with the University for over 25 years. Sue has an extensive background in training for a range of organisations and her focus is on the professional skills areas, ranging from communication, leadership and respect initiatives.
Please note that this in person session is for Clinical School Staff only and limited to 16 attendees.
