In addition to the induction to the University and School of Clinical Medicine induction, all clinical staff will have an induction with the NHS/Trust body where they undertake their clinical duties and this will be managed locally.

Clinical inductions will include but not limited to:

Introduction to clinical department and team.
Orientation including Medical Staffing.
Rostering arrangements.
Health, Safety and Wellbeing matters.
Mandatory training and training recommended for the role (for CUHNHSFT clinicians, training records are logged on DOT and accessible online).
