As well as the induction checklist, there are five short online training modules that need to be completed by all Clinical School staff. They are essential to ensure that all staff have understanding and knowledge in areas important to their personal development, to optimising working culture, and relating to correct procedures. HR/Recruitment/Management Essentials
The Clinical School HR team run regular training sessions to support anyone who plays a part in Recruitment, has a role with management responsibilities and also training for those involved in departmental HR activities. We strongly encourage anyone with these responsibilities to attend training regularly.
