Alongside the Management Essentials Programme the Clinical School HR Team also offer interactive and participative briefing sessions specifically to support those in roles with HR responsibilities, for example Business and Operations Managers and HR Coordinators.
These sessions follow a similar format to the Management Essentials Programme, but each theme will also be explored in the context of employment law, and a requirement to provide HR advice to managerial staff on University policies and procedures.
Please find below details of the HR Essentials sessions taking place during 2021. These will be updated regularly when new sessions are introduced. Please note that these sessions are available to department HR staff and Business and Operations Managers only.

Please note that during the Covid-19 pandemic whilst many staff continue to work predominantly from home, a number of these sessions will likely take place remotely. Links to book on to the sessions will be circulated via email and published on this page on a regular basis.
